Pembroke -- Renfrew County’s newest Olympian, Madeleine (Maddy) Kelly, has been given a high honour by her hometown, Pembroke. Kelly was  presented with the Key to the City by Mayor Mike Lemay.
She accepted the honour in recognition of her achievements in athletics on Sunday during a ceremony at the Riverwalk Amphitheatre at the waterfront.
