Pembroke – The smiles on the faces of the patrons and staff on Monday morning showed everyone was more than happy to see The Pembroke Public Library re-opened following a months-long shutdown for extensive renovation.

“This building is a historic building and we wanted to bring modern features to the library and not lose the historic component,” CEO Karthi Rajamani explained.
