Round Lake Centre – The winds of change blew through Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards (KHR) Township Monday, as mayoral candidate Dave Mayville unseated the incumbent, Mayor Janice Tiedje by a margin of 86 votes.
The unofficial results, which were released shortly before midnight, show Mr. Mayville with 718 votes, while Mayor Tiedje polled 584. Monday’s vote was almost a complete reversal of the 2018 vote when Mr. Mayville lost by a margin of 80 votes to Mayor Tiedje.
