(Past President of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Women’s League, Renfrew and lifelong member. Awarded the Maple Leaf Service Pin for her dedication to League activities).

After a life well lived we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Mom at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital surrounded by her family on Monday, November 25, 2024 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late James “Jim” McAdam. Beloved daughter of the late James and Mary Donohue. Cherished Mom of Paul (Phyllis), Jane (Colin) Boulton, Carolyn (Jaime) Hass, Robert (Michelle). Proud and loving Nan of Ryan, Morgan, Ethan, Hayden, Erin, Nicholas, Lauren, Stephen, Julia and Meghan. Dear sister of Al (Carmel) Donohue. Predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Culhane, Anita Forrest, Clare Donohue, and her brothers, Urban, Leo and Tom. She will be fondly remembered by her dear sister-in-law, Deija McAdam and her many nieces, nephews and friends. Angela began teaching at the age of 20 and was a dedicated employee at the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board.

Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St S., Renfrew on Thursday, November 28, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and after 9:15 am Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, Renfrew on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 10:30 am. Donations in Angela’s memory may be made to Renfrew Victoria Hospital and Renfrew and Area Food Bank.
