June 2, 1941 – April 24, 2025

It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ellie Lydia Somerville on April 24, 2025 with her family by her side at Groves Park Lodge, Renfrew in her 84th year.

Ellie (Kilotat) beloved wife of the late Gord Somerville, loving mother of Gord (Bev) Somerville, devoted grandmother to Josh (Sarah) Somerville and great-grandmother to Noah, Charlotte and Wyatt Somerville. Loving sister to Erwin (Dorothy) Kilotat. Dear sister-in-law to Joan & Judy Somerville. Ellie is lovingly remembered by all her nieces and nephews.

Ellie will always be remembered for her welcoming smile while working at The Granary until she retired due to complications of Parkinsons.

At Ellie’s request cremation has taken place and a private service is planned.
