It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Gabrielle Foy (nee Brosseau) on Sunday March 9, 2025 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Foy. Predeceased by her son, Richard (Jennifer). Survived by her children, Daniel (Shirley), Robert (Erin) and Louise Dowsett. Grandmother to Jesse Foy (Jennifer), Joshua Foy (Danielle), Emily Elder (Trevor), and Michael Dowsett (Erin), Great-grandmother to Jackson, Liam and Levi Foy and Rylen Elder. Loving sister and best friend to Betty Guy and Nicole Brosseau. Predeceased by her parents, Dave Brosseau and Yvonne Madore and her siblings, Pauline, Gaston, Yvon, Jean-Paul, Leo and Jacques.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated at Trinity St. Andrews United Church, 291 Plaunt St, S Renfrew on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11:00 am. Spring interment Rosebank Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Friends of the Disabled “Sunshine Coach” or Hospice Renfrew.

Special thanks to the staff of Stoneridge Manor in Carleton Place, Dr. Buckley, Ryan Chan and Amber Tysick for the exceptional care given at the end of her life.
