Garry Fiebig, age 87, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 19, 2024 at the Pembroke Regional Hospital with his loving wife, Donna Fiebig of 12 years by his side.
A kind and hard working man, Garry touched the lives of many with his generosity and warmth.
Garry will be deeply missed by his many friends and family members. Survived by his siblings, Brian (Kathy), Betty (late James Sadler), Bernice (late Brian Radway), son, Glenn Fiebig (Ramona), grandson, Evan, step-children, Bona Savone (Sandro), Terry Garand (Nancy), Pete Garand (Nicole), James Dillon and the late Tyler Reimer as well as many dear nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his late wife, Jane of 46 years, his beloved daughter, Anita Fiebig, his parents, Wilfred and Minetta Fiebig, siblings, Fay, Gale Ann, Mary, Bonnie, Julia and Calvin.
Special thanks to Dr. S. Boyer and the numerous PSW’s over the years and the staff at on the 3rd floor of the Pembroke Hospital.
A service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Augsburg followed by celebration of life at the Legion in Eganville.
In memory of Garry, donations can be made to the Eganville & District Senior’s Needs Association or Zion Lutheran Church in Augsburg would be greatly appreciated by the family.
