Peacefully at home on November 4, 2023 with her family by her side, Irma, age 93 years. Loving wife of the late James Thomas Kobus who predeceased her in 2016. Cherished mom of Terry (Louise), Mike (Kathy), Cathy (Keith) Bilson, Sue Kobus, and Margo (Andy) MacFarlane. Loving grandma of Colleen (Stephen), Melissa (Ernie), Krista (Kevin), Ian (Liz), James (Theresa), Jessica (Jamie), Christopher (Katie), Stacey (Trevor), Joshua, Daniel (Jordyn) and Alexander. Proud great grandma of Jason, Tyler, Corbin, Matthew, Rebecca, Abigail, Callie, Cayden, Jacob, Jack, Remick and Laura. Dear sister of Lucien Cloutier and Tony (Ginger) Dorzek.
Visitation was at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle Street South, Renfrew on Monday, November 6 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm and after 12 pm on Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 100 Lisgar Avenue, on Tuesday, November 7 at 1 pm. In memory of Irma, donations can be made to Our Lady of Fatima Parish or Hospice Renfrew.
