It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved dad on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Bonnechere Manor. Jack was 85.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Nancy Gervais in 2009. Dear son of the late Joseph and Cecelia (nee O’Grady). Cherished dad of Cathy (Steve Morrison), Lisa (Duane Clouthier), Karyn Gorra (Tom Bradley), Jacqueline Gorra (late Jason Klassen), and Larry (Pamela). Dear grandpa of Blair, Devin (Laura), Brett (Georgia), Brendan, Regan, Jordan and Liam.

Dear brother of Ted (Maggie Turner). Jack was predeceased by his sister, Mayme Gartland and his brother, Robert “Bob” (late Elaine). Dear brother-in-law of Donna (late Harry Ferguson), Patsy (Mike Maw), John (Bernice Gervais), Margie (Brian Mackenzie), Ken (Linda Gervais) and Diane Gorra. Jack will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Bonnechere Manor for the compassionate care that was provided to our Dad.

A Visitation was held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. S, Renfrew on Monday, May 13 from 6 to 8 pm and after 12 noon until 1 pm on Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Most
Precious Blood Church, Calabogie on Tuesday, May 14 at 2 pm. Interment Parish Cemetery.
