It is with broken hearts that we announce Lindsay’s sudden passing at his home on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at the age of 82 with his loving wife Sheilah and his faithful friend Sheeba by his side.

Loving husband of Sheilah Spence for 60 years. Predeceased by their cherished son Kenneth. Dear son of the late Mack and Annie Gibbons. Dear brother of Patricia (Andy Buffam), Connie (Mike Lynch) and the late Bert (Mae). Lindsay will be fondly remembered by his many loving nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by his brother-in-law, John and sisters-in-law, Toni and Gail Spence. A special thank you to Dr. Smith and Dr. Nemani for their kind care that was provided to Lindsay over the years.

A Visitation was held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle Street South, Renfrew on Monday, July 15 from 3 to 7 pm and on Tuesday, July 16 from 9:30 to 10:30. A Funeral Service was held at Trinity St. Andrews United Church on Tuesday, July 16 at 11 am, followed by a luncheon.
