Mary Lou Turner, the beloved daughter of Elizabeth and William James Becker, passed away peacefully on May 9th at the age of 79 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital after living a life filled with love, laughter, and accomplishments.
Mary Lou was predeceased by husband, John, son, Glen and her little sister, Peggy Ann.

Mary Lou was born July 4th, 1943 in Niagara Falls. Mary Lou was a loving wife to John (Jack) Turner and co-owned Turner’s Camp with him where they created countless happy memories and brought together people from all over. She was an exceptional mother to her children, Glen and Linda, and always put her family first. She was the proud grandmother of Daren (Kate) and Jessica and loving great grandmother to Hailey, Emily and Sam.

Mary Lou was an excellent businesswoman who achieved great success in her career. She was respected and adored by people all over due to her kind nature, great sense of humor and infectious energy. Her presence could light up any room (or backyard stage), and she had a special way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved. Nobody made better homemade bread or biscuits. Throughout her life, Mary Lou radiated love and kindness in all her relationships and her memory will always be cherished by her family, friends and loved ones. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
