It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Regina Maria Grosse (nee Muelhman) on October 30, 2023. Predeceased by her husbands, Heinrich Gustav Jorzik (2008) and Peter Rudolf Grosse (2020), and a daughter Rita Schulte (1998). She is survived by her daughters, Annegret (Cam Felhaber) and Susanne, her son Rudy (Tracy), by her grandchildren, Christopher and Adrienne, Markus, Andreas and Stefanie, Patrick, and Alexander and Julien, as well as her great granddaughter, Sapphira.
Regina immigrated from Germany to Canada in 1957 and raised four children in Ottawa. Eventually, Mom and Dad moved to Foymount where they resided for 32 years in the splendor of nature. Mom loved her role as homemaker, and was a talented baker and cook. She was always involved and present in her children’s lives. She will be remembered for her kindness and her love for her Lord Jesus Christ. Mom we will miss you. You are now in the everlasting arms of Love and Glory.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cakarevic and the nurses at the Pembroke Regional Hospital as well as Rev. Paul Williams and Rev. Kevin Wilson for their care and support at this difficult time. A private family service was held in the Chapel of the Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke with interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Augsburg.
