July 15th, 1940 – October 24th, 2024

Kilvie went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 24, 2024 with his family by his side. Beloved husband and best friend for over 64 years to Lois (nee Chamberlain). Loving father of Debra, Don (Sue), Rhonda and Steven (Gina). Cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Dear brother of Marie Calberry (late Stewart), Claire Cartman and Rodney Cartman (Glenice). Predeceased by his father and mother, Lloyd and Helen (nee Dagg) and brother, Wesley.

Kilvie was a well-known dairy farmer in the Cobden area. Over the years he also loved sharing his love for his Clydesdales and enjoyed watching them show at the fairs. He was a jack-of-all-trades. He could build anything he put his mind to and always made sure Granny’s dreams came true.

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 1 from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, November 2 from 1-2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at the Cobden Pentecostal Church, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. A luncheon will follow. Burial of ashes will be announced at a later date.
