In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still.
It is with profound sorrow that the family of Treena Lemay (née Lang) announces her passing at the Palliative Care Unit of the Marianhill Long Term Care Facility, in Pembroke, on Tuesday September 20, 2022 at the age of 75.
Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Lemay and loving mother of her son, Tony Lemay and daughter-in-law, Cindy Ogloff. A devoted ‘Mamere’, she is sadly missed and will be forever remembered by her granddaughters, Genevieve and Elizabeth. Daughter of the late Eleanor (née Edwards), predeceased in marriage to Arthur Lang and M.J. Soards. Daughter-in-law to Mariette (née Béliveau) and the late Gérard Lemay. Predeceased by her brothers, Robert (Lorraine) of Timmins and Charles (Brigitte) of Sturgeon Falls. She will be greatly missed by her sisters-in-law, Brigitte, Lorraine, Ginette, Hélène, Pierette and Rollande, and her brothers-in-law, Norman, Jean and Mario, her many nieces and nephews, her fierce and loyal friends and all who knew her.
Cremation has occurred. A graveside ceremony will take place Friday, September 30, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Petawawa at 1:30 pm.
