It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Tena McLaughlin, formerly of the Queensline, who passed away in Bonnechere Manor, Renfrew, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the age of 89 years.

Tena McLaughlin, nee Hansma, beloved wife of the late C. Earl McLaughlin. Beloved daughter of the late Pieter and Jantje Hansma, nee van Dijk. Loving mother of the late Juanita “Nettie” Mau (Keith). Cherished grandmother of Heidi Lethbridge (John) and Adam Mau (Kristen) and great-grandmother of Lochlan, Eilidh, Mirren Lethbridge and sister of Rene Norton (Duane). Predeceased by siblings, Simon Hansma, John (late Theresa) Hansma, Meintje “Minnie” Hansma and Dorothy Wright (late Herb). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Friends called at Fraser-Morris and Heubner Funeral Home, Cobden on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 2-4 and 5-7 pm. Service was held in the Chapel at 7:30 pm. Spring Interment Cobden Union Cemetery.
