It is with great sadness that the family of Violet Mellissa Kinder announce her passing on July 29th, 2023.
Loving wife of the late Joseph Kinder. Beloved mother of Margo (Cecil) Kargus. Cherished grandmother of Nancy (Glen) Welk, Wayne (Andrea) Kargus, Guy Haaima, Ron (Kerry) Kargus, Corina (late Henry) Brasil and Connie (Darren) Matthews. Dear great-grandmother to Kim (Steve), Sarah (Kent), Lee-Ann (Kolin), April (Aerie), Jordan (Katie), Jake (Kyla), Ben, Kennedy, Joseph, Maison, Brooke, Summer, Wesley and Noah. Violet will also be remembered with love by many great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter, Lois Jamieson; her son-in-law, Jerry Jamieson and nine loving siblings.
Violet will be missed as she was loved by many family and friends. She will be remembered by all of the lives she has touched by caring for others as a home support worker for many years.
A special thank you to Dr. Strader and the staff of the Bonnechere Manor for the wonderful care given to Violet. The loving and compassionate care provided, helped make Violet’s journey peaceful.
Friends may call at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew on Friday, August 4 from 6-8 pm as well as Saturday after 2 pm until the time of service in the funeral home chapel at 3 o’clock. Interment will take place at Rosebank Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Bonnechere Manor Foundation in memory of Violet.
