Walter passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in Marianhill Long Term Care in Pembroke at the age of 88.
Loving husband of Rita (Borutskie). Father of Nancy (late Bernard Denault), Marilyn (Robert Mirault), daughter-in-law, Lorna Roesner and Allan Roesner (late Diane). He will be missed by his grandchildren, Sarah and David Newburn, Sean and Christopher Ferrigan, Natalie (Jake McCracken), Derek and Kristina Roesner. He will also be remembered by his great-grandchildren, Chase and Landon Newburn, Kenize and Riley McCracken. Walter was predeceased by his son, Donald Roesner.

Following Walter’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. James The Less Catholic Church, Eganville on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 11 a.m. Inurnment to follow in parish cemetery.
