Domestic Assault
A 36-year-old from Bonnechere Valley Township was arrested and charged last Thursday with five counts of mischief to property, two counts of forcible confinement, assault, sexual assault and intimidation.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of August 14 in Killaloe. The name of the accused has been withheld to protect the victim’s identity.

Impaired Charge
On Sunday July 21, 2019 at approximately 1: 45 a.m.,
A man from Greater Napanee was charged with Over 80 after Killaloe OPP conducted a vehicle check on a parked pick-up truck on Highway 60 in Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards Township at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday
Following the administration of a roadside screening device, the driver was transported to the Killaloe Detachment for further testing. Robert McFarlane, 37, was charged. He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of August 14. His licence was seized and suspended for 90 days and the vehicle towed and impounded for seven days.

Mischief Charge
On Thursday July 18, 2019 at approximately 10:00 a.m., Killaloe
OPP responded to a reported mischief to property on Palmer Road in Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan Township last Thursday morning around 10 o’clock.
As a result of police investigation, Mark O’Reilly, 61, of Palmer Rapids was arrested and charged with mischief to property. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Killaloe court on August 14.
